[24]7.ai, a leading customer solutions and contact centre services company, on Thursday announced its plans to hire over 7,000 professionals in the current financial year (2023-24) for its Bengaluru and Hyderabad centres.

Currently, [24]7.ai has about 8,000 employees.

The company is set to strengthen its workforce by targeting talent from key Tier-2&3 cities like Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, Dharwad, Chittoor, Tirupati, Coimbatore, Vizag and Vijayawada. It has already hired over 40 percent of its talent needs from Tier-2 cities, according to a statement.

[24]7.ai is collaborating with educational institutions to leverage the growing pool of nascent fresher talent, who will account for one-third of the company’s talent needs. Concerted women centric recruitment drives have also taken up the women centric hires to 41 percent of overall recruitment.

This year’s recruitment drive is geared towards providing full-time positions as well as fixed-term employment options as an opportunity for education to aspirants who prefer a short-term work engagement, as per the statement.
