92% Indian professionals prefer talking to a robot than their managers to discuss stress

MUMBAI: Most Indian professionals prefer talking to a robot over their managers about stress and anxiety, according to the findings of the latest Oracle study on “AI @ workplace”.
The numbers showed that 92% of the Indian workforce said they would prefer to talk to a robot over their manager about stress and anxiety at work. Compared with this globally, 80% of the workforce is open to having a robot as a therapist.
The study of more than 12,000 employees, managers, HR leaders, and C-level executives across 11 countries, including 1,000 respondents from India, found that the Covid-19 pandemic has increased workplace stress, anxiety, and burnout for people all around the world.
