If there is one thing that the Covid-19 crisis has shown, it is that encouraging a collaborative mindset needs to be the top priority for corporates – to break down barriers and attain long-term commercial success.

The onset of the pandemic led to a nearly universal shift in how we work, forcing organisations across sectors to acknowledge and adapt. However, remote working comes with its own set of challenges. Aiding this change is technology in the form of video-conferencing software, collaborative platforms and cloud services, that are keeping the workforce connected, allowing them to have meetings and complete projects. In fact, a study by Fierce, Inc suggests that a lack of collaboration can lead to workplace failures. Such an approach enables organisations to pull together experts with cross-functional perspectives to solve rapidly changing, complex problems.
