Today, the relevance of these two terms and their impact are understood even more as the collective mental resilience of individuals drives success in workplaces, adds value to societies, and contributes to economic growth.

In the current business environment, organizations and leaders often find themselves manoeuvring complex situations to meet their goals while ensuring their most valuable assets, the employees, are taken care of. They make constant efforts to improve their culture where employees can manage their workload well, are protected against any potential crisis, and are mentally resilient.
