NEW DELHI: Appinventiv, an end-to-end digital transformation service provider company, has completed its second appraisal cycle this year with an average increment of 22% for over 600 employees. Along with the appraisals, the company has also rewarded people with performance-linked bonuses “for showing utmost resilience and delivering optimum results, the company stated in a release.
Appinventiv has also resumed hiring from remote locations in Q2 of the financial year 2020-21. The company has hired 100 people in lockdown, and is planning to hire over 300 more from remote locations. The company is on track to clock over 200% growth in revenue in H1 FY 2020 – 2021 vis-à-vis H1 of FY 2019-20.
“At Appinventiv, we ensured that there were no COVID-19 related job losses despite a little business impact initially. All the recent hires are being on board virtually even from remote locations and our entire onboarding is focussed on delivering a smooth and hassle-free joining experience,” Niharika Rawat, Manager HR, Appinventiv said.
