🔥 In 2023 and after the pandemic, HR challenges were bringing employees back to office, but with the hybrid work model well established in the majority of organizations, now is the time to monitor back to office attendance.
📈 While 91% of companies will require this year that employees go to the office on a monthly basis, and 75% will require employees to work from the office weekly, the majority of companies (62%) will use badge swipes to track attendance, according to a new interesting research published by ResumeBuilder.com and conducted online by the survey platform Pollfish using data 📊 from 800 employees working at a company with at least 11 employees and have one of the following job titles: C-level executive, director, president/CEO/chairperson, owner or partner, senior manager, or HR manager on Dec 13th 2023.
