Hyderabad-headquartered, HR staffing, payroll, recruitment company BigLeap Technologies & Solutions, has announced plans to add 6000 staff by 2021, and double its turnover in the next 2 years. With this staff addition, the company will have 10,000+ employees on its outsourcing rolls. BigLeap, which caters to clients such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ola, ITC Infotech, KreditBee, Rapido, Bounce, PVR Cinemas, Café Coffee Day has just set up its new facility.
“With an increasing demand for staffing services, expansion has become necessary. Our commitment to expanding staffing services comes at a critical moment as the Covid-19 pandemic has created tremendous stress in employability, and employee optimization for our clients.” Vinay Kotra, Co-Founder and Director, BigLeap said in a release. High attrition continues to be the bane of the corporates with 23% of small businesses failing due to lack of the right team, he added.
