Cimpress pilots 4.5-day work week through Recharge Fridays

Fridays are also no-meeting days which helps employees plan their day in a better manner, as per their convenience

Global mass customisation company Cimpress has rolled out Recharge Fridays for some of its business units. This results in a 4.5- day work week, in lieu of 5 days. It gives employees a half day off every Friday. This is in addition to their regular paid time off.

The Recharge Fridays are not yet not applicable on all business units, however.
