Generative AI like ChatGPT ain’t fad and here to stay

Allaying the growing panic and paranoia surrounding the advent (and invasion) of the AIs like ChatGPT, Infosys founder shrugged the notion that artificial intelligence will any day steal your job. Speaking to the reporters, Murthy recalled that it was the same fear that gripped the world when generative programs were released in 1977-78. Narayana Murthy believes that the human mind is more flexible and adaptive. He suggests using the AI as a base and not being overwhelmed by it.

ChatGPT, the generative AI bot from the house of OpenAI has created quite a conundrum among the lay about the future. With the spectacular release of ChatGPT’s latest iterations and the use cases that are flooding the internet, the threat perception to some of the jobs have never been so real it’s scary.

While there are glaring glitches, misses and not to mention the ethical concerns, ChatGPT is a phenomenal AI tool that is empowering the tech sector. It can quite efficiently take to task, especially in digital marketing, scientific writing, technical writing and legal content jobs. Not that it can do any better, but the AI can draft mundane content pretty well. It helps come up with more creative solutions than two strategists put together.
