The future of work is hybrid, says a survey conducted by JobsForHer which captures a growth of 10% in the number of women who prefer working from home and/or visiting the office only when required, as the best option in a post-Covid world.
Following a year of remote work, employees around the world have come to terms with the hybrid work culture, and they want a mixture of home and office working to be the future of the workspace.
A survey conducted by JobsForHer revealed that in the year 2020, 40% of women professionals preferred a mixture of home and office working. In 2021, the percentage has gone up by 10%, where almost 50% (49.5%) of women employees want flexibility in their jobs. The hybrid model gives employees a sense of freedom that they can work from anywhere as per their comfort without compromising on the end result.
