The batch of 2021-23 at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi has received an average stipend of Rs 2.62 lakh for two months, an increase of 9% from last year as part of the summer internship placement process. The median stipend has also increased by 18% to Rs. 2.6 lakh for two months from last year. The highest stipend of Rs 5 lakhs was offered in the BFSI sector.
Around 37% of students were hired in consulting and general management domains, an increase of 72% from last year. The companies that took part in the campus placement include Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., BCG NSE -4.79 %, Kearney, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Everest Group, KPMG, Synergy Consulting, Adani, Capgemini, JSW, Mahindra, Piramal Group, RPG, and Tata Administrative Services, according to a release issued by the institute.
15% of the students received offers for finance roles from companies like American Express, Citi Bank, DE Shaw, Renew Power, Standard Chartered, State Street, and White Oak Capital.
