  2. We need him to visit San Juan P.R./Puerto Rico have leaders that need pep talks. With all due respect, they're out of date, they need to see a different vision. Coming from the heart!! We're desperate to hear Simon Sinek at the Capital of the Senate in puerto rico.

From a new batch of leaders who graduates in May 2018

  3. Learn how to communicate the why. I’ve got problems since my grammar and spelling isn’t great and you have to take a couple of spins to understand me. Yet from this lesson I’ll keep to remind myself to continue to try

  4. Evan thank you so much for another top 10 rules of Simon Sinek. I am a big fan of Simon Sinek. And I love your work on Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's Top 10 rules for success. In this video rule number 3,6 and 7 are my favourite. Thanks man! Keep up the good work. ✌

  5. At about 23:00 he is talking about happiness. That is almost my entire message on personal growth. My book I just wrote is all about that, how happiness is temporary and fulfillment is our true desire. I am truly a big fan of Simon Sinek.

  7. As i watched this video, and the segment about nervousness vs excitement played, i realized, when i talk to new prospects im not nervous but actually excited about helping them, i may pace as i talk [i dont like sitting and talking on a fone normally] but its not nervousness, it is excitement for what is about to transpire!

  8. I love the first 3 rules! I really think that people think about mentor ships a little weird, and they can't be forced unless you want it to be unauthentic. That really stinks because mentors are so important, especially if you're trying to get to the top. Thankfully, you're spreading what Simon Sinek has to say about the topic. Thank you Evan!

  9. I am training hard and i feel like i am getting better. But I still dont feel like i am that much better than the other people i have played with for 2 years. I have been training hard for like 3 years now.

  10. I think I have probably read every book he has written, seen probably almost every public video he's been in. Simon Sinek's "Start With Why" sits on my office desk as a reminder and when i take breaks, I flip through and re-read portions of it. He is truly someone I would consider a mentor or mine. Thank you for this!

  11. 1:39 – Mentorship – "Rule number two is develop mentorships. Here's what I've learned about mentorship. Mentorship is not something you ask somebody to do like will you be my friend. It doesn't work like that. When you find somebody you get along with, you share values, you share beliefs, you spend time with them, you get to know them, you develop trust, you take us you're vulnerable with them, you open up to them, and you discover that you become friends. It's what happens. You start off as simply acquaintances. In my experience mentorship is exactly the same. There were people who were much more experienced than me, who had wisdom that I didn't have, and I'm, when I, would call him they would take my calls. And when I would ask them questions they would always take the time to give me answers. And over the course of time they became my mentors like they became my friends." — Simon Sinek
