Launching employee engagement activities, providing support groups, creating an inclusive environment are some of the initiatives that employers these days are opting to construct a positive employee experience. But have ever heard of a company that is paying salary to all its employees in advance on the first day of each month? Well, here it is!
Khabri, a four-year-old podcast platform, is doing this starting April 1. But what led the company to take such an HR initiative. According to Sandeep Singh, Co-Founder and President, Khabri, in these highly unpredictable times, if companies can give their employees the confidence that they trust them, come what may, it forges a long-term trust bond.
