Bengaluru continues to be the top Tier-1 city for hiring across industries and most levels of experience, reveals a survey that provides insights across the four sectors of banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI); manufacturing; information technology (IT); and pharma, healthcare and life-sciences.

The 2022 Randstad Insights Talent Trends Report shared exclusively with ET analyses trends across eight Tier-1 cities, 18 Tier-2 cities, and more than 1,00,000 jobs across experience levels.

“Another key highlight of our Talent Trends report is the fact that the distribution of job levels across cities shows junior levels dominating the scene, both in Tier-1 and Tier-2 locations,” he added.
