Anwesha Deb is an example of this unique journey of juggling both. She has not only been a part of MakeMyTrip’s workforce but also set her sights on the prestigious Asian Games, where she participated last month.

Deb is a passionate Ju Jitsu enthusiast who is a UX Designer, working with the UX team at MakeMyTrip for the last three years.

Despite a five-day work-from-office policy, the company made exceptions for her, allowing flexibility in her work schedule and extended periods of work-from-home so that she could train in Dubai.
