Highlights
- The overall gender diversity ratio of the company stands at 37 per cent in the SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) region, and 40 per cent in India.
- To ensure fairness in talent succession, the organisation has a separate portal for both managers and employees. While managers upload their expectations from their team, employees can upload their ambitions and goals on the portal.
