  • The overall gender diversity ratio of the company stands at 37 per cent in the SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) region, and 40 per cent in India.
  • To ensure fairness in talent succession, the organisation has a separate portal for both managers and employees. While managers upload their expectations from their team, employees can upload their ambitions and goals on the portal.
  • The Talent Acquisition team started to erase gender from the applications and tactically force managers to select teams by skill set. This exercise has resulted in shortlisting 35 per cent women in the mechanical engineering stream.
