Marsh McLennan, a 150-year-old company with a global workforce of 80,000 employees, out of which about 10,000 employees are based in India, is on a mission to build a diverse workforce.
To start with, the company has introduced a number of initiatives such as special hiring programmes for ex-Veteran or former Army Officers, LGBTQI+ Inclusive Mediclaim, and Gender-Neutral Washrooms.
