I get asked very often for quick tips on selecting the right candidate. Often I tell them that people are a very costly resource and so they should desist from short-cuts and invest serious amount of their time to evaluate and decide before selection of the right candidate , the preassure mounts and people continue to seek quick tips, nonetheless.
