Hyundai Motor India has introduced a role-based organisation structure to augment its vision ‘Progress for Humanity’.

The end-to-end ‘Employee-First’ transformational exercise was completed with strategic inputs and support from Deloitte India, according to a statement.

Under the progressively architected organisation, all employees have transitioned to renewed ‘Responsibility-Levels’, ‘Bands’ and now also carry a reflective ‘Market Designation’.

This organisational transformation is aimed to make Hyundai Motor India future ready with leaner responsibility levels, fostering agile work networks, establishing avenues to exhibit talent and progress through fluidic career streams.

The transformation was preluded with the establishment of Hyundai’s Leadership Excellence Academy (LEAD). The academy aims to provide a Sustainable and Futuristic Development Framework involving individual experiments, learning & coaching experiences and multi-assignment exposures, as per the statement.
