In a recent survey conducted by Oliveboard, it was revealed that 44.3 percent of the Indian youth have voted for job stability and 36.7 percent gave their approval to better work-life balance over the other popular choices presented in the survey like the salary that received only 11.1 percent vote. It was revealed in the survey this is why Indian youth are more drawn towards banking and government jobs across the country. Interestingly, 79 percent of the survey respondents were from tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The survey was conducted among 5000 banking and government jobs aspirants across the country.
Here are the key highlights of the survey:
- 23 percent opted for a mock test in Hindi instead of English
- 58.7 percent preferred online mock test, while 44.5 percent chose YouTube classes and videos.
