Meet a startup that claims to reduce hiring time by 50% and cost per hire by 30%

“Over the past few years, with the power of AI, Skillate has already processed 3.5 million resumes, and this continues to increase at the rate of 10% every month,” says Bipul Vaibhav, Founder & CEO, Skillate India. “Skillate’s SaaS product is industry-agnostic and currently has clients like Sopra Steria, Yes Bank, OYO Rooms, L&T Construction, L&T Financial Services, Saint-Gobain, BigBasket, among others,” he told ETHRWorld's Baishakhi Dutta in an interview

“They forgot about me!”
“They’re rude!”
“They’re too busy to reply!”

We often host many similar thoughts – rather, assumptions – after applying for a job or appearing for an interview. We wait patiently with the hope that the recruiter will come back with an update. But many times, the wait goes in vain, as days pass with no response from the concerned recruitment personnel. This results in various assumptions and thoughts like mentioned earlier.

Many of us are familiar with this nail-biting experience after applying for a job, fuelled by the responseless mystery and the consequent frustration. While interacting with one industry colleague on a similar topic, we came across an innovative idea formulated by this person, to address such hiring-related problems. His source of the concept was his own experience sometime back while applying for a job. Curious to know more about how it solves the troubles of recruiters and candidates, I engaged in an insightful conversation with the innovator – Bipul Vaibhav, Founder & CEO, Skillate India. Snippets from the recent conversation follow:
