πŸ”₯ A majority of employees agreed that their organization is in the early phase of the journey toward identifying better ways to measure worker performance and value beyond traditional productivity, according to a new interesting research published by Deloitte Deloitte Insights using data from a survey polled 14,000 business and human resources leaders across many industries and sectors in 95 countries and in collaboration with Oxford Economics.
