- At Philips’ manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra, over 62 per cent gender diversity has been achieved on the shop floor.
- For the last couple of years, close to 20 per cent of the company’s workforce each year have had some form of movement.

The manufacturing plant has about 500 blue-collar professionals while majorly the workforce consists of white-collar employees.
The company’s largest centre is at Bengaluru, Karnataka with its research and development, digital capability and IT centres all being situated here.
