The event was held online on April 23rd, 2021, and included top executives from the Publicis Groupe interacting with eager participants. The panel included:

- Surabhi Gupta – Chief Talent Officer, Publicis Groupe, South Asia
- Sunish Jose – Managing Partner, GDD
- Pooja Patel – Vice President, Talent and Culture
- Ravpreet Ganesh – Chief Integration Officer
- Ameya Joshi – Vice President, Human Resource
The program was introduced to the audience by Arati Nagpal, Associate Vice President, HR, Publicis Group, and the keynote was addressed by Anupriya Acharya, Chief Executive Officer, Publicis Group.
Surabhi Gupta, Chief Talent Officer, Publicis Groupe, South Asia, spoke at length on the company’s culture and policy and their diversity and inclusion strategies.
The event also saw an interesting fireside chat on Emerging Technology between Sunish Jose, Managing Partner, GDD, and Pooja Patel, Vice President, Talent and Culture.
An engrossing conversation between Ravpreet Ganesh, Chief Integration Officer and Ameya Joshi, Vice President, Human Resource, on ‘women leadership at Publics Group’, piqued the interest of the audience.
The audience lapped up the Q&A session held at the end of the event.
The panelists concurred that Publicis Groupe encourages one to bring their whole selves to work, because they believe who you are has a great impact on what you can do together. The message sent out to employees was, “This could be your ticket to shaping your future and launching a successful career.”
