Qualities of A Leader That Don’t Always Make “The List”

When addressing the qualities of a “good leader,” these are a few that often get brought up: humility, delegation, listening, problem-solving, optimism, vision, diplomacy, etc.
The list usually goes on to mention commitment, courage, resilience, empathy, patience… honesty, confidence, creativity, intuition, motivation, accountability, trust, purpose, influence, etc.
Leaders might possess some of these things, but it’s unlikely that they are all of these things.
Leaders that I know embody some additional great qualities that don’t typically make “the list” like timidity, introvert, spontaneity, sensitivity, etc.
