After quiet quitting by employees, the newest talk of town is ‘quiet hiring’, which has become popular among employers. Over the past few months, several workplace trends including the great resignation, moonlighting and quiet quitting shook corporates. But this new trend is seeming to replace all those cultures.
Quiet hiring refers to the method of finding talent internally, without hiring any new full time employee. Technical consulting and research company Gartner referred to it as one of the nine workplace trends of the year.
