Over the past decade, work, sporting and education sectors have faced a growing push to implement Diversity & Inclusion policies to combat structural inequality and racism. But with mixed results and misguided intentions, there is a growing pushback against these policies that are seen as tokenistic and lead to claims of ‘reverse discrimination’ against non-diverse people. So, is it time to shelve D&I initiatives? Should we be concerned about reverse discrimination?
