If you are confident and if you believe that what you are doing is driven purely by facts and not by any hidden agenda to seek silent recognition and approval of others, then the entire script and narrative of your relationship will be based on authenticity. Such a relationship is bound to be therefore be fruitful.

The most critical fallacy of corporate leadership is triggered by the fact that albeit we actually love ourselves more than anyone else, we forever seek approval of others than our own selves !

A relationship with leadership that is based on facade can never provide directions that organisations need to achieve their collective purpose.

Everytime you see an organisation failing to meet its purpose check out the Trust Quotient of the team and you will find superfiscialty of the leader’s relationship with his team in the eye of the storm !!
