Corporate India has truly come a long way in acknowledging the importance of mental wellbeing, especially in the light of the pandemic. Yet, it’s not uncommon to see it being treated as a one-time initiative. If we genuinely consider people as the heart and soul of successful organizations, then it’s worth pondering over the idea of not treating mental wellbeing as a separate entity. In today’s world, it stands as the pivotal factor that can either elevate companies to greatness or lead them down a challenging path.

In doing so, there is a better chance of creating a workplace where everyone feels free to be themselves without worrying about being judged, where making mistakes is just a normal part of learning, and where we truly value and listen to every voice.
