Triggers in the workplace can have a detrimental effect on mental health. Before expressing all the different triggers, it is important to know what mental health is. Employees may be in good mental health if they can manage work challenges up to their potential without a sense of overwhelming fear or panic. Mental health is just as crucial to your well-being as physical health.
