91Squarefeet, a commercial fit-out company backed by Y-Combinator, on Thursday announced its plan to recruit 500 project managers (PMs) and 100 architects in 2024-25.

The company is targeting potential talent for its Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai offices. Currently consisting of 150 PMs and 30 architects (internally), it is planning to scale its workforce to meet the demands of its expanding operations, according to a statement.

91Squarefeet plans to hire from both top-tier and grassroots institutions like the School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi; NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management & Research), Pune; and NICMAR Hyderabad. It recently recruited talent from top-tier institutions such as IIT Roorkee, IIM Mumbai, IIM Indore, Amity RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) through campus placements.
