IT Layoffs are axing jobs of thousands of employees across the globe. Amid such unfortunate times, an Ahmedabad-based IT firm has gifted cards to its employees. Tridhya Tech recently completed five years of its inception and gifted cars as a token of appreciation to the employees.
13 employees of the company received Toyota Glanza cars, each of which costs between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 9.99 lakh. The card has been gifted as a gift for the dedication and hard work of the employees.
Ramesh Marand, the Chief Executive Officer and Director at TridhyaTech said, “We are gifting cars to employees as a part of our employee recognition program. I strongly believe in sharing the wealth we have created with our employees.”
Tridhya Tech is a software development company that offers its services for eCommerce, web, and mobile application development. The company was established 5 years back and as per the reports, the employees who are been gifted cars left their stable jobs to set up the company.
