  1. Attention as Treasure Vs. Trash

Poor Mind allows attention and focus to be dragged away by anything that’s thrown in its way by thoughts and emotions.

Rich Mind treats attention and focus as the most precious assets and deploys these thoughtfully, like a wise investor.

  1. Multi-Tasking Vs. Multi-Single-Tasking

Poor Mind works under the illusion of multitasking, depleting the critical mental capacities and raising stress levels.

Rich Mind chooses multiple number of single tasks – focusing on only one task at any given point of time, raising effectiveness levels.

  1. Cortisol Vs. Oxytocin

Poor Mind fills itself with cortisol and adrenaline hormones, by taking stress even out of petty issues like traffic and lift delays, adversely affecting physical health as well.

Rich Mind fills itself with serotonin and oxytocin hormones, by investing kindness, empathy and attention in rich relationships, enhancing heart health and longevity.

  1. Distracted Work Vs. Deep Work
