There are a few major components to a successful business with longevity. Identifying what solutions you will bring to the marketplace that actually solves a problem is very important. Once the feasibility for your solution is identified, creating the demand for that solution in a strategic way, to sustain your business model, is also very important. Finally once your business model is flourishing, in order to continue to drive demand, you will need to innovate and continue to introduce new variations of your product or service to your customers. Many business models deem this necessary but it can also be very costly and at times risky. So figuring out how to continue to best satisfy your customers and continue to innovate and to offer value is always going to be a key component of your business
