John, an intern with super academics record joined Mark’s company two months back and is reporting to Sam who is manager in the robotics department.

Mark on his weekly visit recognises an prototype developed by John.

Mark’s company has won an huge contract and this prototype perfectly matched his needs.

“John can you get this prototype developed into full working prototype in the next 3 days.”

“Yes I can get this project completed in the next 3 days if you can assign the whole team with me on this Job.” 

“Sam I want the whole team assigned with John for the next 3 days and want John to be with me on next flight with the working test prototype and project details.”

Leaders need not be super talented but they need to recognize and take care of the super talent available with them.

Mark was able to recognize immediately what Sam was unable to recognize since last two months.

A super talented guy with less experience in the team struggling to find his feet.
