By | Nicolas BEHBAHANI | The best Metrics and KPIs for HR managers asking employees to return to the office with Return-to -Office (RTO) mandates
For those who were unable to go to this wonderful UNLEASH event in Paris yesterday, below is a summary of my research-based presentation on this People Analytics subject of Return-to-office data.
💡 Get workers to return to office is currently the second most important subject for HR leaders, just after the search for qualified talent, but we know that all workers are not able to work from home.
The latest research shows a trend towards 3 days a week in the office but what is certain is that the two extremes of working model; i.e. fully remote and fully in-office, are in total decline but what’s the impact of Return-To-Office (RTO) mandates on productivity and wellbeing? What data and metrics can employers use to measure and attract employees to the office? What are the core considerations for the workplace of the future and does “Where” people work become more important than “Why”?
✅Bringing employees back to the office is the 2nd most important challenge for HR
After the pandemic, HR challenges have clearly changed and as shown in the graph above from The Conference Board research, bringing employees back to office is clearly a challenge for HR leaders but there is not ‘One-Size-Fits-All’ approach.
