Often wonder … who is more blessed …. the hand that is blessed to share or the hand that is blessed to receive, at the right time ?
Each time I Coach someone, I learn worth a thousand books.
Even after years , when I facilitate teams of people in client organisations who are intrigued by challenges they face, they look upon me strangely as some expert with unique knowledge, not realising that often times, I am as much a learner as them and that they are the lovely flowers and I am only the florist that ensembles the unique bouquet that looks so beautiful to the person it is gifted.
Wonder if in the final analysis, the flowers connect or the unique bouquet does ?
Rightly said Aristotle…. all I know is that I know nothing and You don’t even know that !!!
