The HR-to-CEO Gap is real: There a major disconnection between executives visions for HR !

💡 Nearly two thirds (64%) of HR managers saying that admin tasks prevent them from investing time in strategic HR.

While 69% of executives recognize that their HR department will only get more important in the future, half say their HR team isn’t very involved in business strategy and 53% say they don’t get enough input and advice from HR. It’s a vicious cycle in organizations where HR’s value is still vastly underestimated.

Nearly 70% of HR managers are worried about managing and engaging hybrid or remote workers, ignoring the need to solve these challenges will inevitably lead to mass attrition, according to a new interesting research published by Personio and surveys conducted by Censuswide between 28th of March and 4th of April 2023 using data from 4,516 HR managers and 2,250 C-suite leaders across European countries.

Researchers found that two thirds of HR managers admitted that their organization is struggling to keep up with these workplace challenges. While the challenges involved may have changed, the top priority for nearly 75% of HR managers remains an age-old endeavor: attracting and retaining top talent .
