Never in her wildest thoughts, Rajita Singh, Chief People Officer, Kyndryl, thought of becoming an HR. Born into a business family in Delhi, Singh was brought up in Hyderabad as her parents shifted there for business reasons. Her ambition since childhood had been to become a Cardiac Surgeon. Passionately following her childhood dream, Singh secured admission to three Medical Colleges. One was in Bangalore and two were in Hyderabad.
