Sara Blakely, the CEO of Spanx and a guest investor on Shark Tank got her company valued at a whopping $1.2 billion dollars after Blackstone, reputed investment firms invested a major stake in it. To celebrate the big win, Sara decided to reward her employees for their dedicated service, instead of reinvesting the money. In a party organised by the staff to celebrate this tremendous success, Sarah addressed the gathering by spinning the globe. The confused crowd of employees wondered why was she spinning the globe. As they scratched their heads for answers, Sarah replied that she bought each of the employees two first-class tickets to anywhere in the world.
