BENGALURU: Google contractor HCL Technologies had enlisted management consultant Eric Vanetti of Vantage Point Alliance to “create awareness” among employees to cast their votes against unionisation. Vanetti’s Twitter bio read that he’s an expert in workforce solutions and union avoidance.
