I also talk about the concept of fixed vs. growth mindset and how it is essential to change one’s mindset in order to deal with issues effectively. I share my personal experiences of having a fixed mindset and how it affected my social and academic life in high school. I finish by highlighting the benefits of a growth mindset, including being more open to challenges, taking feedback as a learning opportunity, and continuing to learn and grow throughout life
