Bengaluru: Cognizant’s chief financial officer Jatin Dalal, who resigned as Wipro CFO earlier this month, would be taking home $5.2 million as annual compensation and $300,000 as a sign-on bonus.

At Wipro, Dalal’s salary dropped from $1.5 million in the 2021-22 financial year to $1 million in the 2022-23 financial year. Dalal will enter into an executive employment and non-disclosure, non-competition and invention assignment agreement applicable to executive officers of the company, it said.
