Employees are tired of all Transformation changes and Managers are not equipped to prepare for 2024!

💡Majority of HR leaders say their employees are feeling fatigued and their managers aren’t equipped to lead change.

❗️ Only half of organizational transformations are successful because leaders generally fail to update the organizational transformation formula by adding the change fatigue management. Change fatigue corrodes employee outcomes and unaddressed change fatigue harms employee well-being and can have devastating impacts on key organizational outcomes.

⚠️ Managers are cracking and more training won’t help them to lead the organizational change and majority of employees are not confident in their manager’s ability to lead their team to success in the next two years and managers are overwhelmed by the growth of their job responsibilities, according to a new interesting research published by Gartner using data from over 500 HR people (with 34% of them are chief human resources officers (CHROs) and HR leaders) across 40 countries and all major industries.

The transformation Deficit

Researchers discovered that the volume and pace of change is overwhelming for employees as changes are both stacked and continuous. The defined the Transformation Deficit as the gap that exists between the number of transformations and the capacity to make these changes happen.
