Wipro is rolling out hikes in the October-December quarter as against September last year. Some sources told TOI that the average hikes would be in the range of 6%-8%, while top performers can expect a double-digit hike.

However, Infosys has told its employees that it will commence the year-end performance review cycle on Friday and the rating would be communicated to employees on December 1. Among the midcaps, Coforge, Persistent Systems and LTI Mindtree have rolled out salary hikes.
