Businesses in India Hiring More Women in Middle And Senior Management: JobsForHer BenchMarking Report

JobsForHer launched an extensive report ‘DivHERsity Benchmarking Report 2020-21’ in May 2021. The report analyses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on women’s career advancements across the country and across various levels of corporate India. It also highlights steps taken in the right direction by corporate India to retain and bring more women to the workplace. 

According to the report, the hiring of women in mid-management to senior-level rose from 18% in 2019 to 43% in 2020.
