We are often asked whether it is challenging to run a business with your spouse but personally speaking, in our case it comes quite naturally. Sharing my secret sauce I’ve developed in over 10 years of working with Rohan!
1. Divide and conquer
While we respect each other’s opinions, we also respect the fact that we have our own skill sets. Right from the beginning, we defined our roles at work. I handle Investor Relations, Brand Partnerships/Alliances, Marketing and PR. Rohan on the other hand is closely involved in Operations, Technology, Product Development, and the Marketing teams at CashKaro & EarnKaro.
