TV Rao, Anjali Byce Among Top Felicitated At BW Businessworld HR Excellence Awards 2020

The organisations in the modern-day era have to grapple with environmental pressures, rapid technological changes, and tougher competition, thus generating a need for the human resource function to help navigate through these transitions to increase its real and perceived value. Discerning those evolving trends, ‘BW Businessworld HR Excellence Awards 2020’ in its fifth year, recognised those who had borne the torch of excellence in the HR landscape of India.
Held at Leela Ambience Gurgaon on March 5, 2020, over 26 awardees were felicitated spanning across broad categories such as Execution Excellence Awards, Strategy Awards and People Awards.
Among all awardees, TV Rao, Founding President of the NHRD Network and creator of the popular HR Score Card, was bestowed with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. He is known for developing a human resource development audit methodology which was a first of its kind across the world.
Anjali Byce, CHRO, Sterlite Technologies, was the ‘CHRO of the Year’. She was awarded for creating a robust business aligned HR strategy and crafting a structured effective program on productivity improvement.
